令和6年度女性教員登用等支援事業により、以下の整備を行いました。
共用の電動自転車
専攻に所属の方が使えます。講義のために吉田南へ行く際などにご利用下さい。
紛失時は実費返済義務が生じますので管理には十分ご注意ください。
本体は理学部5号館中庭北西の駐輪場の北側、鍵とバッテリーは理学部5号館1階の物理事務室で管理しています。
＜使い方＞
（１）物理事務室でホワイトボードに名前を記入して鍵とバッテリーを借りる。
（２）使用後に電動自転車を5号館中庭北西の駐輪場の北端に駐輪する。その際、カゴに付属の黒い袋を持ち帰らないようにご注意ください。
（３）鍵とバッテリーを物理事務室に返却する。バッテリーは充電器に繋げて充電状態にする。
＊電動自転車、充電器は1つなので利用時間にはご配慮願います。
搾乳機
育児中の方がレンタルできるハンズフリー電動搾乳機です。
必要な方は冨田 tomida.natsuki.5z＊kyoto-u.ac.jp (＊を＠に変えること)までご連絡ください。
駐輪場の照明
専攻建屋周辺の駐輪場に夜間照明を追加しました。
理学部5号館中庭南西の駐輪場への通り道である物理事務室前にも照明をつけましたが、物理事務室前の芝生は駐輪場ではありません。自転車をご利用の方は奥の駐輪場を使用してください。
故障等の連絡は物理事務室へお願いします。
Electric Bicycle and Breast Pump Rental
The following provisions have been made through the FY2024 Support Project for Promoting the Appointment of Female Faculty Members:
Shared Electric Bicycle
It is available for individuals affiliated with the department. Please feel free to use it when going to the Yoshida South campus for lectures, etc.
Please handle it with utmost care as you will be responsible for the actual cost in case of loss.
The bicycle itself is located at the northwest corner of the courtyard bicycle parking area of Science Building No. 5. The key and battery are managed at the Physics Office on the 1st floor of Science Building No. 5.
＜How to Use＞
(1) Sign your name on the whiteboard at the Physics Office and borrow the key and battery.
(2) After use, park the electric bicycle at the north end of the courtyard bicycle parking area of Building No. 5. Please be careful not to take the black bag attached to the basket with you.
(3) Return the key and battery to the Physics Office. Connect the battery to the charger to charge it.
＊As there is only one electric bicycle and charger, please be considerate of usage time.
Breast Pump
This is a hands-free electric breast pump available for rental to those who are raising children.
If you need to rent one, please contact Tomida, tomida.natsuki.5z＊kyoto-u.ac.jp (please replace ＊ with @).
Bicycle Parking Lighting
Nighttime lighting has been added to the bicycle parking areas around the department buildings.
Lighting has also been installed in front of the Physics Office, which is the pathway to the southwest courtyard bicycle parking area of Science Building No. 5. However, the lawn in front of the Physics Office is not a bicycle parking area. Those using bicycles should use the parking area further in.
